We believe that it is our duty to help each person develop to their full potential by providing the training, tools and support needed to do their best. Every day we strive to provide an environment conducive for personal and professional development. We are aware that lifelong learning benefits our success and we encourage our employees to have an active role in process of learning. Leadership skills can play a large role in career development and we put emphasis on that. We participated in The Global Leadership Summit. It was organized on March 3^rd in Crown Plaza Hotel in Belgrade. This is an event featuring world class speakers, along with music and discussions created for leaders. Willow Creek Association is the organization behind The Global Leadership Summit. It was interesting experience for us. We heard 6 great speakers, talking about creative leadership, encouragement for young leaders, leadership in an era of divisiveness and disrespect, fear, resilience, the strategic pause and many other topics.

We seek to recognize the dignity, worth and potential of each individual. Every employee is important and valuable. On March 9^th we celebrated International Women’s Day. We believe that every woman is treasure and we constantly strive to improve their working conditions. That day was specially dedicated to them and we celebrated their personality and inner and outer beauty.  We went to dinner, listened to band, danced, laughed and enjoyed in the evening.

Our colleagues from USA visited us in January. The time we spent together was useful and important. Besides work, we used opportunity to show them some interesting places in our country. One of those is Zvonko Bogdan Winery. The winery is located on the eastern shore of Lake Palic, in the very north of Serbia. During the tour, we heard about the types of wine, wine making process and the technology that was used, also we tasted several types of wine. It was organized in the beautiful ambience of the wine tasting sale. We enjoyed in the authentic taste of the wine and witnesses how much effort the Winery put to maintain the quality and to produce these great wines.

√Warm and family atmosphere is one of the most important company’s values, as well as finding work-life balance.  Regarding that, taking care of employees and their families is very important areas of our corporate social responsibilities. Traditionally, like every year, we organized New Year gathering for the children of our employees. The program included special show of local Theatre. The actors were great and the show was very interesting and funny. Together we said goodbye to Lady Old Year and welcomed Lady New Year. It ended with the visit of Santa Clause, who brought presents to children. The children were happy and enjoyed it.
